Ebay seller - Rinovu will not refund computer I want to return to him
I ordered a laptop computer from Rinovu, but when it arrived, I saw it was defective. So i asked him for a refund. He referred me to a refund form, but I found it was bogus -it wouldn't complete, no matter how many times I hit the button on "refund item.' I had ordered it as a guest, because of sign-in problems (couldn't get it to accept my password) I had on Ebay that morning. So I can't find it listed in my purchases in Ebay. And therefore, I don't know how to prove that I purchased this laptop pc from him. What do I do about this? Here is a copy of order details I found in my email from Ebay about the purchase:
