eBay seller not responding to warranty on defective item
I purchased android radio for vehicle, listed states there is a 1 yr warranty. The touchscreen in the unit quit working 2 weeks after installation.
After several messages back and forth, seller is not responding to the last 3 messages I have sent.
I want the unit serviced under warranty.
The seller has refused to provide me any details on returning item for service.
