Ebay seller liri 7287 sent me a counterfeit fake item # 156027936934

the auction listing states the item is a brand new 1983 original Star Wars return of the Jedi lunchbox.and the item arrived today and the seller sent me a miny counterfeit fake not an original, . the seller does not take returns but they did mail fraud and i would like to return the fake and press charges. i cannot seam to get Ebay to help me at all, So how do i achieve the return

If you have to purchase a label at the post office with the funds that the seller provided be sure to upload the tracking number into the case. The tracking number is your proof of delivery.
Returns to countries that do not have 1st class delivery confirmation MUST be shipped Priority Mail.
