eBay seller just... faked my return?

Hi, I contacted an eBay seller about a broken item that was not as described, he told me he would not accept a return of the item, and then showed me a screen of him receiving confirmation from eBay for having accepted the return.

I was never sent a return label but eBay just kept counting down the number of days I had to return the item.

The seller then committed several hundred dollars of fraud on my wife's PayPal account to 'get even' with me for escalating with PayPal.

I had to show PayPal a screen shot of the eBay "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" and to get them to investigate further and now it's been tied up for weeks.

Here you can see where he is making fun of me telling me (in all CAPS) to "go find the label" Even with that proof, ebay does nothing
