Ebay seller help addressing late shipment Opinions?
This was received after I opened a case with the post office and being told the post office was having issues delivering the item. Business, not personal address as in label. They stated I could not file a claim as in transit. I contacted ebay, they stated they would hold, but the next day they emailed and said they changed their mind( ebay) and were giving the seller a refund. if the seller got the product I could pay to have it shipped back or have seller pay me via paypal?
