eBay seller has hit me with recycled tracking
I have tried to appeal a case where the seller has provided me tracking for a item I bought so the tracking claims the item was delivered 6 hours before I even placed the order to a different address then my eBay account. I called ups which did not provide me with any information other then the package is not in my name as a receiver and that the package was not sent to my address. eBay denied me a few times now claiming successful delivery when I never got anything and the tracking is so phony they can’t even check the details of where it went. I’m losing my mind as this is the 3rd week of getting nowhere with eBay support

·2 years agoHi @soda_208 I'm sorry this happened to you. At this point, since you've been denied a refund through eBay, contact your credit card company (or PayPal if you paid through them) to dispute the charge.

OP2 years agoI also can’t claim with ups like they suggested seller has ghosted me zero responses and I used Venmo’s Mastercard to pay for this I don’t understand how eBay can miss the information on my appeal and just assumed it’s delivered to somewhere else that that is a successful delivery
