ebay seller deducted refund appeal
The phone became defective on day 27 within the 30-day warranty period.
I contacted the seller immediately and returned the item as instructed.
The delay was only due to shipping time. The item was not damaged by me and simply would not power on.
According to eBay policy, for defective items, the seller is not allowed to deduct any amount from the refund.
However, the seller deducted $137.49. This is against eBay’s defective item return policy.
I request eBay to review this case and refund the deducted amount.
