Ebay search dominated by COMC listings
Often I have to page through hundreds of COMC listings before seeing listings from other sellers. Why is ebay search allowing this? If I wanted to buy from COMC I would go to them. The search is becoming very useless and I'm trending toward buying less from ebay.

It is a good question ... it seems to be a growing market place for sports cards and Sports Illustrated reported that they had " ... 40 million active listings as of early 2025. ...".
It apparently appeals to lazy Sellers who can ship cards in bulk and let COMC do the work to scan and list the cards for sale. The unknown of course is what kind of advertising they do with search engines (Google, Bing, Etc) to get the COMC listings to appear higher in search. I don't know the ins and outs of the process but they state that they have " ... integration into eBay and grading services. ...".

You can go to your Search bar, click on ADVANCED > Items > By Seller
Click on Include and select Exclude, type in the user ID > Search
