Sent bracelet with track and buyer placed claim ebay sided with buyer track number is here940010820549 6456 8355 59 what can I do it obviously shows was delivered claims won't help please help me.i got ripped off 500

Mentor3 years agoWhen did the buyer make the purchase? Were you late shipping?
Did you respond to the claim with the tracking? Does the zip code on the tracking match the buyer’s payment?
If shipped on time to the zip on the payment, the tracking showing delivery should have gotten the claim closed in your favor.
If you can’t find the answer, ask customer service to explain the ruling, and to help you enter an appeal.
