Ebay scams and hard to collect

scammers and fraudulent sellers. I ordered 5 Silver Peace dollars from a seller that somehow hid all but one of his reviews until my order was paid for.
Within 1 hour of the seller excepting my offer, I was able to read his review's and 99% of them says don't buy from seller.
He sales fake and counterfeit coins. I contacted the seller to refund my order and to not ship because of his reviews and selling fake coins,
It took the seller multiple hours to reply saying my order already shipped.
I tried contacting eBay but that is almost impossible to get anything done until they have already scammed you.
Any helpful tips on how I can get eBay to banned seller and why are they letting this seller continue to scam people on eBay.
Also how do I get my money returned?

Mentor1 week agoThe seller was not obligated to agree to your cancellation request.
All you can do is wait for the item to arrive then file a Return Request when you receive your order.
Sellers cannot "hide" their feedback, not sure how you would have missed viewing their feedback profile page.
