Ebay scams
I (seller)sold an item. It took longer than expected so the buyer filed a claim and ebay made me give him a full refund. I checked the tracking a couple days later and the buyer got his item. So I would like my full refund back. Ebay is blowing me off.

Mentor1 year agoUnfortunately, ebay cannot help in this case. I rarely have items take a long time for delivery. When it did happen, I asked the buyer to be patient, abd promised a full refund if the item did not arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Fortunately, the item did arrive within that time.
You can use the CONTACT BUYER link, and let the buyer know that you see the item finally arrived, and you would like to be reimbursed. You can give your Paypal email address so the buyer can use his Paypal account to use the SEND MONEY option there.
