ebay scammer takes pre sale money and after 90 days disappears keeps making money scamming
Hello how do you get the pre sale product you paid for or refund from an ebay scammer who takes your money and after 90 days disappears and keeps scamming people unjustly? seems like an easy scam that others can make allot of money doing with no recourse for buyers. they string you along confirming your address and giving updates that its soon and then poof they are gone. Is there a human that works for ebay that you are able to talk to?

Mentor2 years agoStop giving your money to sellers that blatantly violate eBay policy, and stop letting sellers stall you past the deadline to get help from eBay.

Sellers of presale items are required to provide the exact date the item becomes available in the listing and are also required to ship within 40 business days of the sale. But users must know about the policy in order to use the Money Back Guarantee in the time allowed.
On eBay, buyers have up to thirty days from the last estimated shipping date shown in the Purchase History to file a case. After that, eBay can no longer help.

PayPal and most credit cards provide some protection for up to 180 days from the time of purchase. Check with your card issuer to see if you have any options remaining.
