ebay scammed me
i opened a request about some items that never got shipped and put that i still wanted the items, but after awhile i just would’ve rather wanted the money back, BUT OFC I CANT CHANGE MY CHOICE OF GETTING THE ITEM OR GETTING A REFUND, and now after 21 days of “inactivity†I can’t reopen the request even tho i’ve tried getting help and contacting them and sharing my screen and they haven’t don’t anything to help me, i haven’t received any seller responses, nothing

·3 years agoEbay didn't scam you, you could have returned to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in for help.
After 21 days, the case times out and closes.
If you paid through Pay Pal, open a case with them, but don't let it time out.
No Pay Pal, contact your credit card.
