Ebay Scam
So I ordered adjustable dumbbells. The package was never received. I lodge complaint with Ebay who given that they had a tracking number decided to dismiss the case. After some investigation of my own I found the tracking number through USPS, found out that it was delivered to another address and that the item weighed 6 something ounces, not the 100 pounds it should have been. Its a scam where they deliver the package to a different address in the same city with something much less expensive (in this case something weighing 6 pounds). USPS wont deliver above 70 pounds, but now that my appeal has been declined I'm having trouble getting anyone to talk to me. At the same time the post office says they don't provide letters with letterhead. But Ebay can call and verify it. Well that's all great and good except I can't even get a representative to talk to me, yet alone call and verify. I'm looking some kind of advice here. It was almost $300 and I cant just give up.
