eBay scam
Our mailbox is not on our doorstep, so I check it once a week, on Thursdays. Today I noticed that the postman left a food package in the bottom box of the mailbox. Since the box contains food and has been exposed to heat for about five days, I am not ready to accept it.This is not true at all. The seller should state on the package that the package contains food. In fact, this is the seller's and the postal service's problem, not mine, the buyer. But eBay did not defend my rights and did not refund my money.You say in your slogan: Money back guarantee, when it's all a lie. I'm not at all satisfied with eBay and the results it gave. Now I understand the difference between Amazon and eBay.

I need a little clarification on this. Did you order that food from a seller on eBay? If you did, then presumably, you expected it to arrive. You have 36 feedbacks as a buyer, so you've bought at least that many things. How did you think this purchase would be different, aside from the nature of the item?
When I order something from a seller here – or from anywhere – I check the tracking every day, and on the day the tracking says "Out for Delivery" I check it several times until the tracking says "Delivered" and then I go to the mailbox and get it.
