Ebay says unable to process refund
I keep getting an Ebay message saying they have been unable to process the refund I'm trying to send the Buyer. What do I do?

Make sure you have a payment method selected for paying your seller fees and reimbursements.
When you refund a buyer, you have to refund from your own funds. ebay will reimburse you when the payout is performed.
