Ebay says they deposited to my account, but the money has not been deposited
I have been selling on eBay for a while, and everything has been fine - they have deposited the amount I am due in a timely manner except for one item - which is around 70-odd dollars. Tracking shows the item purchased 3/25 and paid for from the buyer at that time. The buyer received the item 3/31. Ebay said the amount due to me was deposited in my account, but it has not. Nothing with the account has changed and I have since sold, and have had those amounts properly deposited in my account. I have searched who, or where I can report this, but I keep just finding articles - none of which apply to this situation. I found an "assistant chat" (or something like that), and have tried that, but it is all automated, gearing you to responses that do not fit this situation, and would not recognize when I tried to explain the problem.
Is there anyone here that is actually REAL to discuss and resolve this with? I haven't found how to talk to an actual person about this. Help, please?
