eBay says the order wasn't delivered, I delivered the wrong items. Request for refund
I filed a claim on September 14th, but it still hasn't been resolved. I ordered eight brake lights, and the wrong ones were delivered. Shouldn't the seller be the one to resolve this issue? I've sent over 20 messages, but I haven't received a response. What should I do?eBay says the order wasn't delivered, not the wrong items.

OP11 months agoI received two incorrectly ordered items from a shipping agent to Korea on September 1st and filed a claim on September 14th.

Mentor11 months agoIf you received them Sept. 1st, you are past the 30 days to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.
