Ebay says issues with buyer do not ship
I have an item that a buyer ordered. I received an email from ebay saying that they have an issue with the buyer and that I should not ship and that I should not contact the buyer. However, I still have the order live and it expects me to ship within my stated time frame (3 days). Ebay did not cancel the order and they did not say to cancel the order. Should I cancel the order? Will I take a hit for canceling the order? what should I do? No way to actually talk with someone and AI does not know how to deal with a complicated issue. Thanks
