Ebay says I listed a counterfeit item ... but it is not counterfeit
I listed a cosmetic product (brand new, opened only for photos) that I bought directly from the company that makes it. Within minutes, I got a message from Ebay that the listing violates their Counterfeit Items Policy, and the listing was deactivated.
The item is not counterfeit. I can provide a receipt if needed, but why do I have to do that? What will happen if I relist it?
