eBay says I did not ship an item to a buyer
I sold a book to a buyer in Florida. It was scanned October 2 and eBay has the tracking number. Tracking shows it will probably be out for delivery tomorrow. If I tab orders to be shipped or all orders or orders paid and shipped, I see the correct information. However, I continue to get this message from eBay telling me I need to ship the item.
I am afraid eBay is going to ding me for an unshipped book. They have already this week refused to accept a valid tracking number for another shipment when a buyer moments apart purchased multiple items but some of them under a different account-same name same address.
My account is already in trouble mostly due to eBay screwups. But I always have to take the punishment.
How can I stop this erroneous message from eBay? A telephone call from an agent is rarely helpful. I want to send eBay a written message.

Did you use an eBay shipping label? For the SAME account as the purchase was made on?

You can NOT combine orders across multiple accounts or buyer ID's even if they are the same address. You have to advise your buyers that if they want combined shipping then they need to request to cancel. Refund the buyer. Then relist so the buyer can buy again from the SAME account.
