Your post is hard to understand ... so I'm not sure I've got it right. Did you pay for an order ... and then cancel it ... or did you try to cancel it before paying?
Buyer's can't cancel orders. We can only request a cancellation. eBay leaves it up to the seller whether to cancel or ship.
If you didn't pay ... and the seller cancelled the order using 'Buyer hasn't paid' as the reason ... you are one unpaid item strike away from not being able to buy from most eBay sellers for a year. [As I said, I don't understand what point you were making in your post.]

OP3 years agoIT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE. I ORDERED A CAR PART AND IT WAS THE WRONG ONE. I GUESS I JUST FORGOT TO CANCEL . I UNDERSTAND THE RULES, BUT WE HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON EBAY. SORRY AND THANKS
