Ebay Sales DISAPPEARED

Question

I sent an Invoice for approximately 90 items a buyer won. When I sent it, it took a while to load but then just disappeared. I checked Paid/ Awaiting/ Shipped ,etc and all but 3 orders that somehow were paid were gone. Still no answer. Only proof I have that they even sold was I paid insertion fees and you can click on them and see sale but no option for invoicing or payment. EBay still no help. Anyone every experience this? Any info on how to proceed with any level of success? Lol

@k.west_cards Just taking a guess as to the possible cause..... I wonder if this is the auction glitch? Sold items going to Unsold.

Sold auctions in the unsold section is a problem that has happened in the past.

This is what fixed the problem for sellers the last time it occurred>

1. go to the list of Ended items

2. Click on those miscategorized items

3. Click on Bids links to go to bids history

4. Refresh that page.

In the Action column the link "Send Invoice" will get added and now the item will be correctly listed in Awaiting payment list.

Were those items the ones sold on May 11th?

That's odd although historically eBay updates their Servers weekly and on Thursdays. Here is what I would do:

-Check your Recent activity file on the right side of this page to see if the sales were registered: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

-Check your Orders page: Orders — eBay Seller Hub

-Check your Unsold - Inactive file (long shot here): Manage inactive listings - eBay Seller Hub

-Check emails and eBay messaging to see if the Buyer was blocked for some reason from completing the purchase. That could be considered suspicious activity.

-On the following page is where you can limit the number of items a Buyer can bid or buy in a specific period of time. The default if memory serves is 10 items in 10 days, WHAT are your account settings set for? Buyer management | eBay
