Ebay Run Around
I purchased a cell phone from Umidigi. The phone broke in the warranty period. I contacted Umidigi (Ebay) several times with no reply. I contacted the manufacturer (China) and they stated I must deal with Umidigi on Ebay. They are the same company. I contacted Ebay support and I am told to contact Umidigi. I reported Umidigi via Ebay site and no reply from Ebay. Customer service is run off of a script. Ebay is not policing their sellers properly, and does not have any recourse for their buyers in a situation such as mine. Any suggestions on a next step?
