eBay ruled against me even when I delivered evidence seller shipped incomplete order
Hello,
I bought an Item that had a lot of parts. Seller shipped but he forgot three essential accessories. Initially seller said he will ship what was forgotten. Then he simply never answered emails or eBay messages. I initiated a case and both the case and appeal were ruled against me. I showed all the info and even screenshots of the messages of the seller acknowledging that he had the remaining pieces but eBay ruled agains me!! What happened? Why?? I was trusting on winning the case! Now the returning window is closed and I had to spend another $2,000 (original item was $4500) to use this thing.
Who runs the cases? is AI? Do they really review the documentation? WTH!!
