ebay ripping me off on currency conversion rate
I made a purchase from a Canadian seller and during checkout ebay's "estimated payment" said one thing and after I selected payment method the cost was almost $4 higher. Currency conversion rate at time of purchase was 1 USD = 1.35 CAD. Order details after purchase showed "exchange rate at purchase" to be 1 USD = 1.297 CAD. Exchange rate hasn't dipped below 1.34 this year! Ebay is ripping me off. Do I have any recourse?
