ebay ripoffs

Question

Has anyone had problems collecting payments from ebay. I see all the sales I made and the money ebay collected. But its short $157.00+. There is no contacting ebay. you can send messages upon messages through the help center and I get no responses and I don't see anyway of contacting them to speak to a real human and not some stupid AI.

-First, you have a new account and have only sold 4 items in the last 90 days. Have you gotten paid for any of them? Normally eBay will hold funds for up to 30 days, especially on sales over $ 1,000.00 which you have one of.

-If you promoted your items or used Upgrades you were charged fees for those, they come off your bottom line. You are also charged Selling fees and they can vary based on category: Selling fees | eBay

-On each item in your Orders file you can click the details on each transaction and see all payments from your customer and all of your costs including eBay fees and paid shipping labels: Orders â€” eBay Seller Hub

-You can also see additional financial information on this page: Seller Hub | Your financial summary | eBay

It is a running total. Each time you have a payout, you can click on see details and there will be a detailed explanation of the fees, postage, etc. No, I have never had a problem with payments. Being new, you just aren't familiar with how payouts and fees work. Also, new and returning sellers are subject to their funds being held for up to 30 days.

Go to your payment account - https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary

You can click on each payout to see the payment(s) and the deductions. You can click on each payment to see the payment from the buyer and the fees deducted.

If you still need help, click the ? at the bottom right of your payment account page and select have us call you.
