Ebay rip off
I sold an x-box to a fellow and he was happy with it and paid right away. E-bay is screwing around and not sending my money They asking for my license. That I sent in six times now . Now they want a receipt for the xbox I had bought months ago. What can I do I don't save receipts from long ago. I am thinking I am going to have to get a lawyer and sue E Bay for the money and send them the bill This has been going on since Sept 6th I just want my money and close my account.

As far as Selling goes you have what eBay considers a low activity account. No Feedback for sales in over a year ... Buying is a different story of course. eBay will hold money up to 30 days unless they tell you differently but now you are caught in that loop that you have to provide proof of purchase since eBay considers the Xbox as a high scam item ... they should be doing that BFORE you can even list something like that instead of after you sell it ...
Let us know how the lawsuit goes if you wind up going that route ...

OP3 years agoI have gotten in touch with the BBB they said it can take up to 30 days for a reply If E-bay does not answer them They will put a red mark by the name and I don't think e-bay would like that. Everyone who does a check on the co. will see the red mark. Next I go to the attorney general and see what they can do to get me my money. Then if they can't help then I go to my attorney and file suit.
