eBay returns policy
I have an item that is being returned due to damage in the post. The buyer has been excellent, but eBay hasn't sent the postage label to them to return the item. It's now approaching two weeks, and I have sent yet another label. The form that ebay support has sent through to attach the label is a generic file upload - has anyone else had this issue?
