eBay return shipping label
Good day. The sellers history shows that a shipping label for a return was created. I have already received a refund and wish to send the item back to him which he would like to have. I am unable to find the shipping label anywhere in my mail or my personal email. I have reviewed the eBay help documentation on how to find the shipping label, but it does not seem to be helping me as there is no shipping label for the return that I can find. If you could please help me I would appreciate it. Thank you for your time

Mentor1 year ago@undr_17. Just wanted to add to @disneyshopper excellent answer that once the seller buys the return label they need to send it as a jpg in eBay messages, not pdf.
The seller won't be charged for the shipping label from the return request since it won't be used.

Mentor1 year agoOnce you are refunded, a return shipping label cannot be sent. If you saw the link to print the label, and printed it, you can still use it. However, if you did not use it, and the seller refunded, then the shipping label is no longer available. If the seller wants the item back, s/he can create a return shipping label using pirateship.com
