eBay return policy
My question is , 30 days return the items from the buyers it’s very hard time for the sellers, because some buyers take advantage to keep the items with them as long as the want , and that it’s not good for the buyers, if you not like it you should return it immediately don’t keep it for 30 days , with another hand 30 days accepted return under eBay guarantee that’s so hard for the buyer either, some buyers bought items the trying the or used them then returned them , so it should be there more updates for this policy from eBay , when the buyer look for something he likes it’s done, not just I don’t like it or it’s not as described , I should be a good reason to asked for return or refund, I wish there this policy change

Mentor1 year ago@ashou-us2014 Are you aware of seller protections for Top Rated sellers that offer Buyer Pays returns as you do on your listings.
Sellers have protection for return abuse if they offer FREE RETURN shipping on their listings OR if they are a Top Rated seller and offer 30 days or greater returns. The seller can then reduce the refund amount by up to 50% if the buyer sends a different item or somehow reduces the value of the item.
