<span class="">I have not had several times that when I have to return an item after completing the information requested and even attaching the photo of the item, the page does not provide me with the button to confirm the return. When this happens to me several times I go to the phone and there I can confirm the return. How can I solve this on my Windows 10 PC. Thanks</span>
I haven't done a return since ebay added in the photo request. Back then, when the seller accepted the return, a link would be sent to the buyer to click to download the return shipping label. All the buyer had to do was print out the shipping label and affix it onto the return package.
