eBay return Item Returned to eBay
Hello! I'm having an issue getting ahold of anyone that is a human being at eBay to listen to my problem. I recently had an item returned to me while it was at the eBay authenticator, that is a separate issue, so anyway, the item was mistakenly shipped to an old address of mine, which was still on file. The shipping record shows that it was shipped back to the original sender, which was the Santa Ana, eBay authenticator address. eBay closed the return file, saying it is now complete. I've tried every possible was of contacting eBay, but I keep hitting dead ends because their AI systems don't have a tag or protocol for my issue. I can't seem to find a way to talk to a real person. Any help would be appreciated.
