Ebay return guarantee is awful
I was sent the wrong size item, when I clearly stated the size I wanted. My return was denied. I contacted the seller, who said I could send it to an address they gave me. The address is a Baptist church outside of Memphis. Ebay is not helpful.

Mentor11 months agoWhat reason did you specify when you filed the Return Request?
If you chose the reason "didn't fit", then the seller was able to decline your request since that reason is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

·11 months agoDid the seller send the size they were supposed to and it didn’t fit, or did they send a different size altogether? It sounds like you opened a case for “didn’t fitâ€. Didn’t fit is considered a remorse return on eBay, and a seller with a no returns policy has the ability to deny returns for reasons that eBay classifies as remorse returns. EBay will not override a sellers return policy in those cases.
