Ebay return
PayPal is much better with helping with returns. Can't get a human to answe..I returned an item via mail on 4/11...and no refund yet!!!Do they not have communication with buyer. I guess ebay won't be getting my future business!

Did you open a return request? If yes, does the tracking show delivery to your seller? If yes, go to your return and click 'ask us to step in'.
If not delivered yet, you must wait until your seller receives your return. Check the tracking at usps.com.
If you did not open a return, eBay can not help. Call your credit card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for a return with no refund.

OP2 years agoI opened a return and it was acknowledged..i sent usps mail as item was $8. And to send with tracker would cost $5...so sent eBay copy of usps receipt. Guess me out the money and they are out a customer!
