eBay restrictions

Question

Hi! I have an EBay account but haven’t sold on EBay for years. Now that I’m not working at my regular job, I’ve been trying to start selling on EBay again. But my account has been restricted because it says that I’m below the level as a seller. I’m just wondering if there’s a direct phone number that I can call to get my account reinstated. And I also don’t have an email or message stating why my account was restricted so I’m assuming that it’s because I just completely quit selling due to limit...

@april1848 Your account could have become below standard if you abandoned the account and didn't end the listings. Anytime eBay has to force a refund from your account you do receive a defect. You also receive defects for canceling as out of stock.

Click contact us at the bottom of the page. Next Type Restricted Account in the chat box on the lower right. After the chat bot replies Type AGENT so you that you can request a call back or chat with a live agent.
