eBay restrictions
To lift a eBay restriction, I have 990$ on hold but says 198$ I owe. They put restriction on my account because of unpaid fee by me I'm guessing. So can't get my $ to even pay it now. Also it takes me to contact help from my email then can't figure out how to go by this. Thanks.
