eBay restricted my account
Long story short I had bought a few bottles of perfume from a whole sale dealer. I was trying to sell them as I ended up not giving them all away to make my money back. The boxes was not opened and brand new. I listed them and that it was ok because I seen other listening of the same perfume. What did I do wrong? When I spoke with eBay they said they don’t have to tell me what I did wrong. I am new to EBay like less than a month and I was just trying this thing out. Seems a bit unfair. Any ideas on what I did wrong or what I should do now? They said I am permanently restricted

In this forum, we do not have access to your account details. In looking at your sold listing though, it looks like you may have used photos from the manufacturer's website. Oftentimes, those photos are trademarked and cannot be used without permission. It's also possible a competitor reported your listing or the company itself.
Did the email from eBay say you are permanently restricted from all selling or just from selling perfume? When eBay says "permanent", that's exactly what they mean.
