ebay removing negative feedback. Why?

I had a terrible experience from 2 purchases. Turns out despite having 2 different account names, was the same company.

Then after getting the runaround to get a refund, I left negative feedback , which was subsequently deleted and their positive feedback numbers boosted. Despite that USPS seized BOTH of the packages for them using counterfeit postage labels.

C'mon. If you remove deserved negative feedback, you lose your credibility.

Other than greed on your part, I want to know why.

Without knowing what the feedback comment was, it's not possible to guess why it was removed. I do see that you've left one negative and one neutral this year for sellers, so clearly buyers can leave less than positive feedback. There must have been something in the removed feedback that eBay considered to be a violation.
