eBay removing feedback
I bought a set of LED lights from Auxito company on eBay one of the lights was not only not put together completely but did not work so it was defective. I tried to get it to work by installing both of them in my car. One of them worked one of them did not. I took pictures to this effect took pictures of the wires hanging out of the one and asked for a refund. The seller tried to hustle me by saying oh you you keep item we give $20. I said no they said okay you keep item we give $30 I said no they said manager say this what we can do. I said no I want my all my money back and I'll send you back the defective item.
Finally when I asked eBay to step in when the last day came around they issued me a full refund and said to keep the defective items. So after all that time of trying to hustle me they finally gave me a full refund.
I left negative feedback not because they didn't give me a full refund when eBay was twisting their arm but because of their poor customer service. It was not overly emphatic or overly super negative, it was just saying they had bad customer service and they tried to hustle me by trying to give me back 20-30 and keep the broken item.
What use would I have of a defective headlight that would get me pulled over so I said I'll send them back and you give me all the money they said they said no I'll give you $20. That's a bad customer service seller.
I got feedback that said they're bad at customer service.
Not a good seller a quality item normally but not a good seller.
So they asked eBay and without even contacting me leaving it at neutral or doing anything to show their bad customer service (because I know eBay has access to the messages) eBay just deleted my negative feedback all together.
I think this is unfair shows the lack of care or concern or even care about their job on behalf of the eBay agent and I want to know what to do about it?

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. eBay's policy is that if a case is resolved (even when eBay has to force the refund), feedback cannot be left for the seller.
