eBay removes all neutral and negative feedback?
I was given a defective item which was not advertised. This could basically be considered a scam in other terms. I was given a refund. I still have a right to leave NEUTRAL (not negative) feedback to my experience as it took 2 weeks to ship and when my item finally came, I was totally scammed and it didn’t work. eBay removed my feedback completely within 24 hours and has done this in the past. Why doesn’t eBay care about their buyers’ experiences?
