eBay Removed New OPI Nail Polish Because It Has No Box — Professional Polish Is Sold Without One

I need help understanding eBay’s policy on new professional nail polish. My listing was removed because the item does not have a box/original outer packaging. The product is brand-new and unused OPI Nail Lacquer. OPI professional nail polish is commonly sold as the bottle itself and does not normally come in an individual retail box.
I provided clear photos of the actual bottle, front label, shade name, and bottom label. The item is authentic, full-size, and unused.
I previously contacted eBay support, but I received conflicting explanations, including being told that mini polishes were “samples” and being asked whether OPI polish was homemade. The issue was eventually escalated for another review.
Can a mentor please clarify what eBay expects sellers to show as “original packaging” when the manufacturer sells the product without a box? I want to make sure my listing fully complies before relisting.

Mentor1 week ago@trogge1 I just wanted to add to be careful relisting items that were removed because the bots that flag your account are usually not reset. If the bots are not reset then the item is removed again then you can be suspended.

OP2 weeks agoI recently had another OPI nail polish appeal approved under the same Cosmetics and perfume policy. eBay restored that listing and removed the account action.

That OPI polish was also brand new and sold as the bottle itself without an individual retail box. I’m asking why this current OPI listing is being treated differently and what eBay expects sellers to show as “original packaging” when the manufacturer does not sell the bottle in an individual box.
