EBAY RELEASING FUNDS - CHAT ALWAYS ENDS IN ERROR
I have a question for my sellers. I have had nothing but issues since i have used ebay,
release holds
1. 90 day selling / check
2. use ebay shipping labels check
3. have a good fb rating check (above average)
4. account in good standing - check opened for over a year
5. selling history - check - over 90 days and never any issues with buyers
6. performance- above average
7. address disputes - NONE
no open cases
no disputes
no problems with orders
(last sale buyer left me feedback that he got all of his items and no issues or disputes )
my account has never been restricted or suspended. never owed ebay money.
last agent chat number sr# 1-460388879102 stated that i fit the criteria and as soon as they get verification of delivery, they will release my funds. not only have I used the ebay labels they said would guarantee my hold lifted but the buyer rated me already with exceptional service.
today i spoke with 2 differnt agents , they keep sending me all over with a new excuse a new reason everytime this time they said i need to have 25 transactions which was NEVER stated to me before I have sold over 25 items. had over 20 transactions total,
so i spoke with a third agent and all of a sudden just my chat box froze nothing else - then the chat ended that seemed like a set up they are holding my money for no reason
is there anyhting i can do or talk to, like a lawyer, as much money as i pay ebay over thousands of dollars for them to sit here and hold my money
do they collect intrest?
when does this end
i am filing a former complaint chat SR # 1-460444348311 disconnected the chat intentionally which is poor bad business practice and i am going to do a million reviews on ebay
they are scammers
you get charged a listing fee ad fee, final sale fee and THEY WONT EVEN realease my money until they RECIEVE INTREST ONTOP OF THAtT
EBAY ARE SCAMMERS ..
did this happen to anyone else
please help my business is failing because of ebay

·3 years agoI think it used to be 90 days, 25 transactions and $250 in sales before they quit holding funds.
Once all 3 of those are met, they should stop holding the funds, all but item that sell for $1000 or more.
Items that sell for $1000 or more, they'll probably still hold the funds.
