eBay rejected to refund an item never received
I didn’t receive my item and eBay closed my refund request. I appealed the outcome and got rejected again. Case was closed. I lost $1,440.98. The item has been returned to the seller（USPS confirmed ）and now the seller gets to keep my money and relisted it on eBay again. How can I get help from eBay as the case was close and there‘s no way to contact eBay under their formal system on closed case?
