eBay refusing to ship an item. Why?

I ordered an item. The seller agreed to sell. Shipped it to eBay's international shipping. They refused to ship it to me. I want to know why. Seller doesn't know why. Tried eBay's AI help (which is anything but help). Ask to talk to an agent and get told not available at the moment. Ask when they will be available and keep getting told they are currently unavailable. How do I find out what the issue is?

Customer support won't know why the hub won't ship the item, but the most likely reason is that the item can't be imported into your country or is restricted by the carrier because of the type of item or even the size/weight of the package. Unfortunately, if you haven't received a reason why, you will not receive one. There is no way for you to communicate with the hub.
