ebay refusing to deposit money

ebay is refusing to deposit money in my bank account after the sellers have received the item they bought my bank account has been verified all my buyers are satisfied with the items I have no dispute with the buyers it has been over three weeks since my first buyer received there item what am I to do eBay is holding a lot of money that should of been deposited in my account

As a new seller you are subject to payment holds which typically last 30 days.
