Ebay refuses to help
I recently bought two items off of a listing, paid instantly and added a valid delivery address. However, on the day of the supposed delivery, I noticed the item was being delivered to a zip that wasn’t mine. I immediately contacted seller, he never responded, I contacted USPS, they said the item was delivered. When I told them my shipping address, they confirmed they the address does not match. I asked ebay to step in and help but they almost immediately close the case saying seller provided tracking information which show package delivered. I appealed with picture of the two different address, however ebay just denied my appeal and said the case is closed, decision is final!!! What should I do in this situation?
