EBAY REFUSES
Ebay stated they refuse to re imburse me. The seller never sent my item. I reached out to seller multiple times. Ebay just sent a refusal-It meet the criteria for return guarantee. There is no way I can reach an actual person anymore. At least give me the ability to ask why it was denied and tell me my next step.

Did you file an "item not received" case within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date? Did you ask eBay to step in within twenty-one business days? If so, and if the seller was unable to provide tracking showing delivery, you should have been able to get a refund from eBay.
