Ebay refurbished iPhone 1 year warranty
The iPhone 12 I purchased in dec 2022 has problems with garbled audio and not sending texts to androids I’ve been to my provider several times to get help and trouble shot numerous times but nothing works - I’d like a replacement phone with the warranty but can’t figure out how ?

Mentor3 years ago@jacquelinew404 What warranty are you talking about? Did the Seller's listing state a 1 year Warranty or was it a separate Warranty from a 3rd party? Unless the Seller is a certified dealer I suspect the warranty offering is bogus but I could be wrong. If you purchased a Warranty through a 3rd party you need to contact them.
