eBay Refurbished
There is an item I'm interested in that has a video in it's advertisement called "eBay Refurbished." The video states an item that is eBay refurbished is covered with at least a one year warranty. I contacted the seller and they said they do not offer a warranty.
Does eBay honor this warranty through All-State and if I need to use it, what information would I need? Thanks.
